As a former food critic, enjoying my food has always been a top priority, but I also want to eat healthily. Aware of how processed so many snacks are, I set to work to prove that it is possible to make a totally delicious and indulgent sweet snack that is only made of just a few premium ingredients, and crucially, no added sugar.
