The October edition of Living Well

Hello everyone and welcome to October!

I can’t truly believe we are here but the calendar says ‘tis true, so here’s the round up.

One of my midlife mantras is that unless there is an utterly compelling reason to say no, I will always default to yes, not least because staying engaged is one of the greatest predictors of longevity.

So it was with great surprise and joy that I found myself invited to close the House of Kind show at London Fashion Week, and walk the catwalk to launch the 50:50 Parliament t-shirt. Watch here. At 62 I really wasn’t expecting that, but 2025 has been a year of firsts…

I also reminisced about ITVs 70th birthday and my own ITV series Home In The Country, which made me think it might be time for a revival, but with different hair and make up 😆
