Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be a cover girl at 61. I particularly loved the fact that it was an all-woman editorial and picture team who put this together.

This week I’m off on a return visit to one of my favourite European destinations, Slovenia, courtesy of my £1 return flight from BA.

Wedged between Italy, Austria, Croatia and Hungary, this green and mountainous country packs a real punch if you love the outdoors, charming bucolic architecture and beautiful food. Just a 1.5 hour flight from London, I’d highly recommend a visit. Read more on my blog.

And finally, I was out and about last week in London testing my Chocolate Orange Date Balls and Dubai Truffles. Utterly delicious but made without any refined sugar and low calorie, these are game changers if you have a sweet tooth but want to eat well.
