Alison was present as the Good Web Guide presented its 2011 Website of the Year on Saturday, 16 November at the Royal Institution of Great Britain in London.
The Good Web Guide awards are in their third year and aim to recognise small web-based organisations and businesses for their innovation, commitment and passion for utilising the power of the web. This year’s first prize included £1,000 plus £500 of Good Web Guide advertising to help the site gain recognition and support.
Alison sat on the panel of judges to determine this year’s winner, WeFund, along with other industry experts Craig Tregurtha, Lynne Franks and Will King.
“I really fought for this one to win,” Alison said about WeFund. “It was my absolute favourite.”
