A brandy infused, throat warming, spiced apple punch
15g Assam tea 600ml boiling water 50g soft brown sugar 600ml apple juice 125ml brandy 25g butter Apple slices and cinnamon sticks What You Need:
Method:
Take a large jug, add the tea and the boiling water. Infuse for a few minutes then strain into a saucepan. Add the sugar, apple juice and brandy. Warm gently but do not boil. Whisk in the butter and serve in glasses with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
